Olu's Impossible Board
I can’t remember how I heard of the “impossible list,” but while doing a random Notion clean-up, I found Joel Runyon’s impossible list on my mood board, and it got me thinking...
Reflecting on the meaning of “impossible” made me realize that my to-dos haven’t been challenging enough. Most of them are things I could do if I just made time. And while I’ve done some bold things, like switching careers, getting two more degrees, and moving countries, I never really saw them as impossible. Tough? Sure. But not impossible!
Haha, pardon the excessive use of “impossible”.
So, I’ve decided to create my own Impossible List, but with a twist based on Sam Rubin’s kanban board approach. Why? Because I think it’s just more intuitive for tracking what’s in progress, what’s been done, and what’s still hanging in the realm of the impossible.
I am also making this public because:
- I hope it keeps me accountable.
- Maybe it’ll remind you and me that most things aren’t really impossible.
- Also, let’s be honest, this doubles as a brag sheet, and I’m only human.
So, cheers to seeing how far I can stretch the impossible.
